Infobip is a broad omnichannel engagement platform. Whilter is a marketing engine whose Konne CX runs conversations beside its ad and video engines.

Infobip describes itself as one operating system for agentic customer experiences: programmable channels from SMS to KakaoTalk, journeys, AI agents, a cloud contact center and a conversational CDP. Whilter.AI is a connected marketing engine. Its Konne CX runs AI and human conversations on four channels, sharing one context with Whilter’s ad and personalized-video engines.

As one side of this comparison, we’ve kept to what each company publishes about itself and linked to it, so you can check every line.

How does Whilter compare with Infobip for enterprise customer engagement?

Infobip is wider on channels and engagement tooling. Whilter is wider on the marketing around the conversation: it generates the ads that start it and the personalized video that follows it, on the same memory.

What does Infobip cover?

A great deal of the engagement stack. Its products page lists programmable channels across SMS, voice, email and most major chat apps, including regional ones such as LINE in Southeast Asia and KakaoTalk in South Korea. On top sits AgentOS: Journeys for omnichannel journeys built on real-time customer attributes, predictive scores and behavioral triggers, AI agents that complete tasks autonomously, a cloud contact center, and a conversational CDP. Infobip says it works with 10,000+ businesses.

If your requirement starts with “every channel, in every market”, including authentication and number services, that list is the reason to look at Infobip.

What does Whilter cover?

Three engines on one memory. Konne CX is the conversation layer: WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat and voice in one shared context, on the official Meta-Verified WhatsApp Business API. Its product page reports responses in under 150 milliseconds on every channel and 98.8% AI accuracy on industry-trained models. A human agent takes over mid-thread with the full context, so the customer never repeats themselves.

Around it, ElevateOS generates 40–60 brand-compliant ad variants per campaign and launches them across Meta, Google and TikTok, and Snype generates a 1:1 personalized video and image for every recipient from first-party data. The three read and write the same context, so the conversation knows which ad brought the customer in and the renewal video knows what the conversation settled.

Where do they differ?

On three questions.

How many channels and markets must you cover? If you need Viber, LINE, KakaoTalk, Apple Messages for Business or high-volume SMS, Infobip lists them and Konne CX does not. Konne CX covers WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat and voice.

Is the brief engagement, or growth? Infobip’s journeys orchestrate messages across channels. Whilter’s case is that the message itself should be generated per customer and that the ad, the conversation and the retention creative should share one memory. bigbasket shows what that looks like on Snype: personalized imagery and cohort retention lifted funnel completion 42%, repeat orders 31% and basket size 26%.

Where must the data and the system live? Konne CX can be deployed managed-shared, as a dedicated tenant, on-premise, or in your own hyperscaler account, so data residency follows your policy. Ask Infobip the same question for your regions.

What should an enterprise buyer ask both?

Start with the questions procurement asks, then the ones only a pilot answers.

  • Security posture. Whilter maintains an ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR security posture and is DPDP-aware and RBI-aware for regulated BFSI engagements (About). Ask each vendor for the current evidence behind its claims.
  • The handoff. Have each vendor show a conversation passing from AI to a person. What does the agent see in the first second?
  • One customer, end to end. Ask for one record that runs from the first ad through the conversation to a repeat purchase.
  • Proof on the right metric. Engagement rates are a start. Ask for conversions or revenue against a control.

Which should you choose?

Choose by the shape of the problem. If it is channel coverage across many markets, with a contact center and a CDP in one contract, Infobip’s product list is built for that brief. If it is growth from customers you already reach on WhatsApp, Instagram, web and voice, with the creative generated per customer and the conversation sharing the ad’s context, that is what Whilter is built for. Some enterprises will keep a messaging platform for delivery and use Whilter for the creative above it, as Ooredoo Kuwait did when Whilter generated its personalized videos and Gupshup delivered them.
